- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 chili finely chopped
- 1 lb oriental mushrooms oyster, shitake etc
- 3 1/2 oz pine nuts
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 lb green vegetables Pak Choi, spinach, Chinese cabbage etc
- 11 oz baby corn halved lengthwise
- 2 red bell peppers sliced
- 3 ½ oz soy sauce
- 1 Handful fresh cilantro chopped
Put the sesame oil in a wok and heat it up. Add garlic, pine nuts and chili.
Cook on high heat for about half a minute.
Place baby corn, mushrooms, red pepper, onion and green vegetables and sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
Add the soy sauce and fry for a minute.
Add a dash of cilantro, mix and best served with rice noodles.
