2tbspsesame oil
1chilifinely chopped
1lboriental mushroomsoyster, shitake etc
3 1/2ozpine nuts
1onionsliced
1lbgreen vegetablesPak Choi, spinach, Chinese cabbage etc
11ozbaby cornhalved lengthwise
2red bell pepperssliced
3 ½oz soy sauce
1Handfulfresh cilantrochopped
Instructions
Put the sesame oil in a wok and heat it up. Add garlic, pine nuts and chili.
Cook on high heat for about half a minute.
Place baby corn, mushrooms, red pepper, onion and green vegetables and sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
Add the soy sauce and fry for a minute.
Add a dash of cilantro, mix and best served with rice noodles.
