- 4 5 oz. chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup lite apricot preserves
- Dash ground allspice
Tap your chicken dry and put in broiler rack. Broil for an average of six minutes.
Apply lemon juice on one side, flip the chicken over and apply with lemon juice.
Cook the chicken for 6 to 9 minutes or until it is cook enough.
Book the allspice and apricot preserves in a saucepan.
Add the chicken breast. Serve with brown rice.
