Chili Shrimp Pasta
- 2 cups of cooked peeled, and ready to eat shrimp
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tablespoon deseeded and chopped chilli
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of one lemon
- Fresh chopped parsley to garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Whole wheat spaghetti for four
Cook and prepare the spaghetti according to instructions in the package and put to one side.
Pour olive oil into a non stick pan over medium high heat.
Place the chili and garlic. Bring down the heat and stir for about one minute. Place the shrimp and lemon juice and cook for about a minute or more.
Mix the shrimp mixture and spaghetti. You add salt and pepper according to taste.
Decorate with a bit of parsley. Serve.
