Fresh Ginger Peas as Special Side-Dish

We all consider peas as side-dish but this food is a powerhouse of nutrition. It is anti-aging, anti-cancer, and anti-oxidant. In this recipe, we will be mixing shredded ginger with peas to bring out a special flavor you would love. It would be better if you use fresh peas than frozen or canned.

The picture looks nothing like the recipe description, to me. There are no carrots, but does look like there is zucchini. I do see the peas and the ginger. It looks like the peas are still in the pods, but list of ingredients does not say if they are shelled or not. It looks good, but I am a bit confused on the recipe, but I never did claim to be a good cook. In fact, I always say my son become a chef because of my (bad) cooking.
