Make Homemade Fruit Sorbet from your Fruit of Choice

Homemade Fruit Sorbet that you can make every summer. With any fruit of your choice, you can achieve the same taste and creaminess of store-brought ice cream. A simple and quick dessert.

Homemade Fruit Sorbet

Simple, super easy and delicious sorbet that will make your kids ask for more. Basically made from sweetened orange juice and fresh fruit, it is 100% healthy and organic. You can make sorbet with any fruit of your choice – peaches, banana, strawberries, mangoes and kiwi.

Prep Time 20 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh fruit
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced fruits on a baking sheet creating one layer only. Uncovered, freeze it until frozen solid.
  2. Once frozen, let it melt for about 15 minutes in room temperature.
  3. Put in a blender and add orange juice and blend until it becomes smooth. You may add sugar and salt according to your taste.
