
Easy Hummus Recipe
I love hummus, but why is it so ridiculously expensive? $3 - $4 for 8 ounces of ground up garbanzo beans! So, grab an inexpensive can of garbanzo beans, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and a food processor...for less than $1 you can make your own hummus!

Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzo beans rinsed & drained
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt to taste
Instructions

Combine garbanzos, olive oil and garlic and lemon juice in a food processor - puree until smooth.

Add salt if desired.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.

Best served at room temperature.
Recipe Notes
