Lemon Tahini Salad Dressing - A Tangy Dressing on Top of Mixed Greens
A delicious and nutritious dressing on top of your favorite salad. A versatile salad as you can thicken its texture which becomes great dip or sandwich spread or add water to use as sauce. Low-carb and gluten-free salad dressing you can make in just a shake.
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl or container with lid. Shake for about 1 and a half minutes making sure the ingredients mix well
