DIY Yarn Pom Pom Flower: Fluffy (and cute!) Valentine Gift for Her

Make that someone feel appreciated this Valentine's Day with this super easy DIY. These crafty yarn flowers are definitely adorable to look at.

Do you have a Valentine’s Day gift for her? Not yet? Well, we have this easy DIY Yarn Pom Pom Flower tutorial for you. Expressing your love this coming season should not be expensive.  This unique homemade gift will surely be appreciated by anyone. Try this tutorial for an unforgettable Valentine’s day this year.

What you need:

  1. Colorful yarns
  2. Scissors
  3. Small branches
  4. Glue

Warp the yarn string 100 times around your three fingers. If you want to create bigger flowers, wrap the string around 4 fingers. Once done, cut the string.

Step 1: Wrap the yarn string 100 times around three fingers.

Remove it from your fingers and tie the bunch with 2 knots at the center of the yarn. Now, the yarn looks like a bow.

Step 2: Remove it from your fingers, and tie it at the center of the yarn with a string.

Grab the scissors and cut all the loops except the knots.

Step 3: Cut the loops.

Next, trim the yarn into a perfect round shape. Create more yarn pom pom flowers using different yarn colors.

Step 4: Trim it to round shape.

Grab a small branch and apply glue on one end, then stick it into one flower. Do it with other flowers.

Step 5: Apply glue on one end of the branch and stick it into the flower.

Once done, put them in the vase or give them as a bouquet to your significant other.
