EarnStar Review – Is This New Rewards App Legit & Worth It?

EarnStar is a brand new rewards app for Android and iOS that lets you earn by completing surveys, downloading apps, and playing fun mobile games. And it says you can earn up to $5 per survey and up to $100 per game offer that you complete.

Overall, the app is highly rated and is quickly making a name for itself in the reward app space. I decided to test out EarnStar as well, and the UI is solid. Plus, the survey rates are quite competitive and I haven't gotten disqualified that often. And there are tons of high-paying gaming offers you can check out if you're into gaming.

That said, apps like EarnStar aren't going to replace your day job. This is a legit money-making app in my opinion. But I don't think most people will earn more than $25 to $50 per month unless they spend more time on some of the gaming and download offers.

This review is covering how the app works and how you can decide if it's right for you.

My Key Takeaways:

  • EarnStar is a new rewards app for Android and iOS
  • It pays you to play games, download new apps, and for answering paid surveys
  • You can cash out with PayPal money or dozens of free gift cards
  • Most rewards require $10 to redeem
  • There's also a nice sign-up bonus mystery box for new members and ongoing bonuses
  • I think this app is legit and a fun way to earn a little side cash

Is EarnStar Legit?

EarnStar is a free rewards app that pays users for completing simple tasks like taking surveys and playing games. It's a legit side hustle, and the company isn’t a scam and does pay out. But like many “get-paid-to” apps, it’s not going to replace your full-time income.

Right now, EarnStar has a 4.4 star rating on the Google Playstore with over 6,000 reviews. Most users seem to like the variety of offers and decent survey rates. And in my testing, I found that a lot of surveys payout $0.50 to $1.50, which is pretty high for the world of survey apps.

Most of the negative reviews come from users who complain about the low earning potential. However, this is just the nature of gpt apps, and I don't think most users on EarnStar will earn more than $25 to $50 a month, so keep this in mind.

How Does The EarnStar App Work?

Once you download EarnStar, you create an account with your Gmail or email. You can then begin earning in a variety of ways.

Paid surveys are the main method. You can find them on your main dashboard, and in my testing, I found plenty of available surveys and some pretty competitive rates:

If you use survey platforms like Branded Surveys or Survey Junkie, then I think EarnStar is certainly worth checking out. The UI is very good too, and I like that surveys are easy to answer and not super glitchy.

You can also get paid to play games. EarnStar has dozens of gaming offers under the “Offers” section for you to explore:

There's tons of game genres and new offers coming all the time. Some of them payout $50 to $100+ as well if you complete all the milestones. This would take a fair bit of grinding or in-app purchases usually, but if you spend a lot of time gaming, this could be a nice earning opportunity.

Offers definitely have a higher earning potential than the paid surveys. But I like that EarnStar has both available.

Finally, you can also earn with referral bonuses. EarnStar pays you a 10% commission on what your referral earn for life, which is pretty decent. If you invite a few friends, this could turn into some nice passive income.

Rewards & Cashing Out

EarnStar lets you redeem PayPal money and various free gift cards. Most rewards only take $10 to cash out as well, which is pretty reasonable in the gpt industry.

Gift card rewards depend on the country you sign up in. I'm testing EarnStar in Canada right now, and I can redeem dozens of gift cards to companies like Amazon, Uber Eats, and Walmart.

Gift cards and PayPal payments all happen electronically. You usually get paid in a day or two after cashing out based on reviews I've seen online.

What’s The Earning Potential?

In my experience with these sorts of apps, I think most people can make about $25 to $50 per month with a bit of consistent use. A few surveys on your lunch break and one or two gaming offers a month can earn this amount.

If you spend a lot more time gaming or complete any of the real money game offers on EarnStar, you could earn more. But again, this isn't a full-time online job or anything like that, so please have realistic expectations.

Pros & Cons

  • Free to join
  • EarnStar is available on both Android and iOS
  • Very good UI
  • Competitive survey rates
  • Wide variety of gaming offers
  • Great reward variety
  • New members get a random sign up bonus

Cons:

  • Tasks can be repetitive
  • Occasional tracking issues
  • Some users report delayed payouts

What Are Some Other Good Apps To Try?

I think EarnStar looks super promising. It has solid UI, great survey rates, and plenty of other offers. So, I suggest giving it a try if you like GPT platforms.

That said, there are similar apps I also test and enjoy. Some of my other favorites include:

Is EarnStar Worth Using? – My Final Thoughts

After trying out EarnStar, I think this app is worth using if you spend any time gaming or if you're looking for an easy-to-use survey app. The survey rates in particular are quite high right now, at least for me, so I think it's a good time to try out the app.

If you want to make thousands of dollars a month, this isn't the app for you. But as long as you have some realistic expectations, I think EarnStar can be a very fun side hustle.
