  Some of your local restaurants offer a free meal on your birthday with another purchase. Two of our chinese buffet places offer this. Starbucks also sends out a coupon for a free drink of your choice on your birthday with a registered gift card.

  Just a note about the Disney World freebies (coming from a former Cast Member): It is true that wearing a Birthday Button will often get you perks throughout the day from Cast Members who are feeling nice, but it’s not an official (and thus to-be-expected) way of getting free stuff. Birthday perks are meant to be considered as ‘extra magic’ and, while they are often given out, should never be demanded. Please don’t be one of those rude guests who gets all offended if they don’t get as much free stuff as they’re expecting just because they’re wearing the Birthday Button!

  I get my hair cut at Sport Clips and they will give you a free basic haircut in your birthday month (gratuity not included).
