Thai Chicken Salad...it's another frugalicious and fast dinner idea from The Budget Diet girl, and it's a great way to us up leftover grilled chicken. Serve it for a simple summer supper or take it on a picnic.

Ingredients
3T.sugar
3T.vinegar
1/2c.vegetable oil
1package oriental flavored ramen noodles
1, 16oz.package tri-color coleslawno dressing
2c.grilled chickensliced
1/2c.sliced almonds
3green onionssliced
1can chunk pineapple or use fresh
1can mandarin oranges
Instructions
Mix sugar, vinegar, oil and flavoring packet from noodles in a large bowl.
Break up noodles and soak 3 hours or longer.
Add remaining ingredients, stir and chill 1 hour before serving.
