It's really more like a Toffee-White Chocolate-Cranberry-Pecan-Oatmeal Cookie! Call it whatever you want, my friend Rose just calls it The Best Cookie!

Ingredients
1 1/2cupsflour
1teaspoonbaking soda
2sticks buttersoftened
3/4cupsugar
3/4cupbrown sugar
1egg
1teaspoonvanilla
1 1/2cupsold-fashioned oats
1cupcraisinsI prefer the orange flavored craisins.
1cupwhite chocolate chips
1cupBits' O Brickle toffee piecesdo not use the Heath Bits because they are covered in chocolate.
1cuppecan piecesoptional
Instructions
Mix together flour and baking soda, set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix together butter, sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
Mix in egg and vanilla.
Mix in flour mixture.
Stir in oats, craisins, white chocolate chips, Bits' O Brickle and pecan pieces.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
