4tablespoonsbutter
2clovesgarlicminced
1green bell pepperdiced*
1red bell pepperdiced*
1oniondiced*
¼teaspooncayenne pepper
2, 10¾oz.cans cream of potato soup
1, 8oz.package cream cheesesoftened
2cupsmilk
2, 15oz.cans of sweet corn
Instructions
Melt butter.
Saute garlic, bell peppers and onions over medium heat until soft.
Stir in cayenne pepper, soup, cream cheese, milk and undrained corn.
Stir occasionally over medium heat until thoroughly heated, approx. 10 minutes.
