Ingredients
2cupsof cooked long grain rice
2Tablespoonsof olive oil
2Tablespoonsof orange juice
1Tablespoonof vinegar
2teaspoonsof chopped shallots
¼teaspoonof salt
¼teaspoonof pepper
1cupof chopped fresh peach
¾cupof fresh blueberries
¾cupof fresh strawberries
3Tablespoonsof toasted almonds
Instructions
Heat the saucepan, put almonds and toss it until it gets brown.
Put the juice, shallots, vinegar, salt, oil and pepper. Stir them together.
Add the peach, berries and cooked rice. Add more almonds. Then, whisk gently.
