1cupof vegetable broth
1cupmushroomssuch as fresh shitake, sliced
1head of broccolicoarsely chopped
1tbspcornstarchdissolved in 2 tablespoons cold water
3tbspsoy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
In a wok, heat up the oil and saute the onions and carrots until they become tender.
Put the walnuts and broccoli. Stir.
Add the broth. Stir until the vegetables become tender.
Put the dissolved cornstarch to thicken the sauce. Stir.
You may add pepper, salt and soy sauce depending on your taste.
