Baked Cauliflower with Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 large head about 8 cups of cauliflower cut in 1 inch thick slices of cauliflower florets
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried marjoram
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese finely grated
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Switch on the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Put oil, marjoram and cauliflower florets in a bowl and blend well.
  3. Put the mixture on a wide baking sheet. Put in the oven and for an average of 15-20 minutes or up until the florets become tender and the bottom change to brown.
  4. Put balsamic vinegar and stir well. Put dash of cheese and get it back to the oven. Bake for another 5-10 minutes or up until the cheese has melted.
