1lb.fish fillets
½cupplain nonfat yogurt
1teaspoontarragon
1oz.grated reduced-fat mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Coat the casserole with cooking spray.
Place the fish into a non-stick casserole. Bake for 5 minutes at 450 degrees. Make sure it's uncovered.
Drain the water. Blend the remaining ingredients and place over the fish.
Bake for about 2 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
