2cupscooked and chopped chicken
2cupsshredded green cabbage
2cupsshredded red cabbage
1cupshredded carrot
1/4cupsunflower nuts
1/2cuplow-fat Asian sesame-ginger dressing
1/2cupchow mein noodles
Instructions
Put the carrots and cabbage in a large bowl.
