Festive and Frugal Gift Wrap – Kraft Paper

That humble roll of Kraft Paper that looks like nothing more than a brown paper bag is your answer to wrapping gifts in a festive and frugal fashion all year long.

Why You’ll Love Kraft Paper:

  • It’s CHEAP! You can buy a ginormous roll for $17 on Amazon. I’m talking about 765 feet of wrapping paper! If you thought that thin, tiny roll of dollar store gift wrap was a bargain…think again! Most dollar store rolls of gift wrap only have 9 feet, so that’s 10¢ per foot compared to 2¢ per foot via Amazon. Of course if you’re afraid to commit to that much gift wrap, you can buy smaller rolls.
  • It’s versatile! No need to buy little boy gift wrap, little girl gift wrap, grown-up gift wrap, Christmas gift wrap, birthday gift wrap, baby shower gift wrap…Kraft Paper is one size fits all! Simply change the “personality” of the gift wrap with embellishments…oh what fun!
  • It’s thick! There’s nothing more frustrating than buying a cheap roll of wrapping paper only to discover that you can see right through it. Kraft paper is thick and easy to work with.
  • It’s CHEAP! (I’m just making sure you get it!)

When Christmas is over, kraft paper still works for any occasion. Kraft paper and sticker dots or circles punched from leftover scrapbook paper and a little twine – simple and fun!

Great idea!! I haven’t bought wrapping paper yet, and I hate the idea of buying wrapping paper for just a few presents and it being expensive.

I have to remember this kraft paper idea! Dollar store here I come!
