Homemade Coconut Sugar Scrub Recipe
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
Note: If you want to mass-produce this sugar scrub for gifts, Costco sells a ginormous jar of Coconut Oil for $15.99.
- Directions:
- Put the sugar and coconut oil in a bowl and mix together using the back of a spoon until combined.
That’s it…2 ingredients mixed together for pure bliss! Now you’re ready to bottle this amazing concoction, so it’s ready for gift giving.
I used these cute little canning jars from Amazon, but if you have a nice stash of recycled jars…put them to use!
I added a ribbon to the jar along with the beautiful free printable label (see the photo at the top) from ThePinterestProject.com. You might want to add a gift tag with instructions for use:

Is it possible to add essential oils or extracts to make it smell like something other than coconut?
You could add any essential oil, but maybe one that goes well with coconut??? The coconut oil has quite a strong scent.
