Biscuit Pizzas: Individual pizzas…perfect for a slumber party! Flatten a canned biscuit & top with sauce, cheese & your favorite toppings. Bake according to biscuit package instructions.
English Muffin Pizzas: Individual pizzas…create a make your own pizza bar for dinner! Top english muffins with sauce, cheese & your favorite toppings. Bake at 400 until cheese melts.
Frozen Pizza Dough Pizzas: This tastes the most like real pizza! Most groceries sell a frozen pizza dough or fresh pizza dough in the deli. I’ve found it at my grocery for just $1. Follow the instructions on the package for a delicious pizza parlor taste!
Frozen Roll Dough Pizzas: Frozen rolls make cute little pizza crusts! Just thaw, place on a greased cookie sheet, press into a circle, add toppings and bake at 400 for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
Tortilla Pizzas: If you’re a thin & crispy crust fan…this one’s for you! Prick a tortilla a few times with a fork and lightly brown (directly on the oven rack) in a 400 degree oven…watch carefully, this only takes a few minutes. Remove the crispy crusts & top with sauce, cheese & your favorite toppings. Bake at 400 degrees just a few minutes or until cheese melts.
Naan Pizza: My personal favorite, and now that Costco sells Naan…it’s a budget friendly crust! Naan makes the perfect size individual pizza…just add your favorite toppings, place on a cookie sheet and bake at 425 for about 8 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
Bread Machine Pizza: Dust off your old bread machine & try to find the recipe book that came with it! Bread machines make yummy pizza crusts for just pennies!

My husband has to be gluten free so for mini pizzas we use corn tortillas & our favorite toppings. Just pop them in the broiler for a couple minutes.
