Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup raisins craisins, chocolate chips, M&M's, nuts, flaxseeds or whatever you like.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.
  3. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  4. Press into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for about 18 minutes or until light golden brown.
  6. Cool 5 minutes and cut into rectangles.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Store in an airtight container.
