Homemade Fruit Sorbet
Simple, super easy and delicious sorbet that will make your kids ask for more. Basically made from sweetened orange juice and fresh fruit, it is 100% healthy and organic. You can make sorbet with any fruit of your choice – peaches, banana, strawberries, mangoes and kiwi.
- 4 cups fresh fruit
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- 1 pinch salt
- sugar to taste
- Place the sliced fruits on a baking sheet creating one layer only. Uncovered, freeze it until frozen solid.
- Once frozen, let it melt for about 15 minutes in room temperature.
- Put in a blender and add orange juice and blend until it becomes smooth. You may add sugar and salt according to your taste.
