Homemade Hot Fudge Sauce

Give this 10 minute hot fudge recipe a try, and you’ll never buy the stuff in a jar again…I promise! Delicious on ice cream or just about any dessert that needs a little extra chocolate like my Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie or Fudge Pie.
Ingredients
  • 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate squares
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate & butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat (stir constantly).
  2. Add sugar, stir constantly until blended.
  3. Add milk, stir constantly 3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved (do not boil).
  4. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla & salt.
