Greek Tahini Dip
Greek Tahini Dip is a delicious mixture of olive oil, lemon, soy sauce and tahini. For those who don’t know what tahini is, tahini is made from crushed sesame seeds. Popular in Middle East, this dip is perfect to be paired with veggies and meat. A gluten-free, tasty and vegan easy-to-make dip.
- 2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
- 2 tbsp water
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- Mix the tahini and water in a bowl. You may notice the tahini won’t combine with water as the natural oil from the tahini don’t blend quickly. So, keep mixing until you achieve a smooth cream.
- Add soy sauce, olive oil and lemon juice. You may season the sauce if necessary.
