A frozen margarita is the perfect summer cocktail, and a margarita goes well with Mexican food.
Ingredients
  • 1, 6oz. can frozen limeade, thawed
  • ½ cup Tequila
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup Cointreau
  • 1½ tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Top off blender with ice
  • margarita salt, optional
Instructions
  1. Mix together all ingredients in a blender.
  2. If desired, dip rims of margarita glasses in water and then salt.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!

    I like mine more sweet than tart, so the powdered sugar does the trick!
