A delicious and nutritious dressing on top of your favorite salad. A versatile salad as you can thicken its texture which becomes great dip or sandwich spread or add water to use as sauce. Low-carb and gluten-free salad dressing you can make in just a shake.

Serves: 2-4
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl or container with lid. Shake for about 1 and a half minutes making sure the ingredients mix well
  2. A healthy and appetizing alternative to dressing brought from local stores.
