Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 tbsp water
2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
½ tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Put all the ingredients in a bowl or container with lid. Shake for about 1 and a half minutes making sure the ingredients mix well
