DIY Egg Facial Mask for a Beautiful You

Keep your face looking fresh and healthy with DIY egg facial mask. A natural and inexpensive facial treatment.

We all want to look and feel beautiful. This is the reason beauty products seem to be pop out from every direction. Factors such as pollution and stress contribute to dirt building up in our skin which results to acne or blackheads. The role of beauty products is to get rid of them and revitalize your skin; However, experts say our beauty products should be natural. It is believed that raw materials are way more effective and cost-efficient than store purchased solutions.

Today, we are going to make a do-it-yourself egg facial mask which removes acne, fine lines and large pores.

Materials you need:

  • egg
  • facial brush
  • tissue

Get the egg and crack it into the bowl. Be careful not to crack the yolk, because you will need it later. Using an empty bottle, get only the yolk from the bowl. Hold the mouth of the bottle near the yolk and squeeze it. Once you release the squeeze, the yolk gets inside the bottle which separates it from the egg white. Put the yolk into another bowl.Diy egg facial mask

Wisk the egg white until it gets fluffy. Get your brush or use your hand to apply the egg white on your face which serves as the sticky base for the tissue. Grab small pieces of tissue and place them on your face while applying more egg white on top. You won’t have to be neat but make sure the tissues overlap each other. So when you remove it, it comes off as one.

Through this, you are cleansing your face, removing the excess oil which clogs the pores. You will see the visible results after trying this natural facial mask four times.

After getting rid of all the tissues, start stirring the egg yolk like what you did with the egg white. Use another brush to apply yolk on your face. You could also use your fingers. Leave the yolk for 10-15 minutes until it tightens up. Then, wash your face with your cleanser.
