Cheesy Tarragon Fish

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fish fillets
  • ½ cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon
  • 1 oz. grated reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Coat the casserole with cooking spray.
  2. Place the fish into a non-stick casserole. Bake for 5 minutes at 450 degrees. Make sure it's uncovered.
  3. Drain the water. Blend the remaining ingredients and place over the fish.
  4. Bake for about 2 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
